the problem is you probably dont know how to put media files in folders on your sd…it’s not that hard
mine crashed when i try to run games n’nusic i get a white screen yet all my files still exist and uhh don’t cry so much kid.
Also, you can buy SD cards very cheap from your local electronics store. You should not buy electronics from people on ebay, unless you are very familiar with them; but that still is not a good reason, when you can buy them from your local electronics store for even less.

Listen kid, you probably need to format the card to a certain format for your ds, OR the card is damaged.
You said that the card is only 2gb, so that means that it uses a FAT16 file system. It is possible that the ds uses a special fs, that you cannot make yourself.
If you use Linux ( LinuxIntro. com ) it is easy to format special devices.
