Busted MicroSD Card recovery?
I had a high capacity SD card in my blackberry and after my boyfriend got a hold of my phone and started messing with it, the card is now unreadable by my phone, his phone and my computer.
Is there a way to try to recover the data that is on that card? There are some video clips I took recently and had not yet moved to my google account for safe keeping that I would really like to have if possible.

There is always a way to recover data it just takes time and money. if its that important you can pay a pro to recover it but as far as i know if you cant get the computer to read it all then i dont think there is any thing you can personally do but some might know.
If the MicroSD is actually totally broken, you’re outta luck, but..
You could try to take out the chip and reinsert it in another MicroSD case, then plug it in.
Else, if your computer can actually "detect" that there’s a MicroSD card plugged in, you’re in luck.
What you do is you download PhotoRec & Testdisk from http://www.cgsecurity.org. TestDisk is easier to use, but if you fail to see anything at all with it use Photorec. That will recover everything on the drive that may have been deleted accidentally.
Both of those tools are command-line, so they will appear in the command-line prompt. You select at first No Log or Create (Navigate using up/down arrow keys and Enter), then you select the MicroSD from the list using up/down. Press Enter while Proceed is selected at the bottom. Then, select your partition type. It is usually preselected correctly, but ill take the educated guess it is Intel Partitionned. Following that, in Photorec select Whole Disk and Start Recovery. It’ll prompt for where to save the files (Please, do NOT save to the MicroSD, you’ll overwrite what you we’re trying to recover and you’ll be unable to recover it at all) and you’ll be off for a long time while it recovers everything on your MicroSD. Otherwise, in Testdisk, select using up/down Advanced – Filesystem Utils, then using right/left choose the option Undelete Files and up/down "Whole Disk". You’ll now be in the MicroSD main directory, with the folders and all. Navigate the files and folders, those in red being the recently deleted ones. Press c to copy them elsewhere, it’ll ask you the first time where to save them (not in the MicroSD !!!) and from now on everything recovered will go there. Right arrow to go in a directory, left to get out of it, up/down to go through the list.
