When I try to save on my gamecube memory card it says “Files are corrupted. You need to format your memory card.” How can I fix this without deleting any of my data. By the way, I can’t even access my files on the menu thing to transfer them.

This problems happens to me once in a while, I have a third party 1017 block card, and all I have to do is shut down the system and reboot it.

Maybe you should buy a new memory card and transfer some of your saved items on it. Then you can deal with your other card without endangering any of your data.
Formatting a memory card means to completely wipe off all of the memory that is on it.
That would mean losing all of your files.
The only way you could save them is if you there was some way you could copy them to another memory card in another slot.
But that may corrupt that memory card as well.
Sorry, but it looks like that the only course of action is to format your memory card.
