You can try this free recovery program, but use a card reader and do a deep scan. http://www.recuva.com I was able to recover photos from a low formatted sd card, using this program and a card reader.

the first thing you should you is to stop using the memory card before recovery.
otherwise your data will be covered and it will decrease the chance to get back.
