How to recover data on micro sd card?

I have a 4GB micro sd card and have overloaded on the memory. While it was in my r4 for dsi, i tried to open a new game (which requires space to add a save file–but sd card apparently overloaded on memory) and it froze my ds. I can no longer see any of the files in my micro sd card when I open it onto computer, also cannot create any new folders or copy paste any files over–box pops up and says "memory is full…etc" I tried to use software to recover the files but it says there is no more free space on the sd card for recovery. Is there any alternative for me to find a way to recover my files (.nds and .sav files)? Please help!!

You can try to recover your files with Easy Drive Data Recovery software:

the first thing you should do is to stop putting any new data on the card to avoid data overwriting .
